Walker and Daughters Artastic
www.ArtPal.com/walkeranddaughteRobert Walker is originally from the Maryland area where he also attended high school and Townson University. Robert was drawing cartoons before he started school. By the age of twelve he was painting on the backs of blue jean jackets. To help himself through college, he took odd jobs like painting signs, murals, and houses.
After Robert graduated he moved to South Florida and started his own hand-painted sign business complete with murals and faux finishes. He continued to do so up and down the east coast of Florida for the next twenty years while raising three daughters.
In the course of that time, Robert designed logos for several companies, designs for musicians album covers, as well as work for the U.S. Navy based out of Newport, FL and the Boys and Girls club of America in Jacksonville, Fl.
Robert is now living in North Carolina with his fiance. He has been selling his original canvas paintings and prints since 2002 and he has something for everyone. Whether your taste be for wildlife or seascapes, abstract to realism, even a series of black and whites he is currently working on. He has it all.
Robert has recently released paintings that will be available in print. Some of the proceeds will be going to charitable organizations such as the Susan G Komen Cancer Society and North Carolina Domestic Violence Association.
