I reside in the beautiful Austrian/Carinthian alps. My creativitity, and my work, across continents, as a Pastry Chef and Artist working professionally with, among
many incredible edibles, sculpting Chocolate, Sugar, and Marzipan. And away from the kitchen, in mixed media, including Clay, Wool, Water Colours, Pastels, Acrylics, and Resin, woven across many years and five countries, including the UK, South Africa, Switzerland, Canada and Austria.
Nature inspires me, the colours, diversity, and ever-changing scenery, along with my life experiences, which are reflected in my continually evolving Art.
