Hello,
My name is Stefan Doychinov. I am 64 years old.
I live and work in Samokov, which is located 60km from the Bulgarian capital Sofia.
I graduated high school with a degree in construction and architecture and completed my higher education in forestry engineering.
I started my creative activities 35 years ago with carving and then painting.
All my pieces of art are hand-made in a single original copy.
I love sports mountaineering and nature often inspires my art, which is the reason why I try to represent the magical mountain scenery of Rila, Pirin, the Alps and the Himalayas in paintings. In all of my paintings I try to instill internal dynamics as well as powerful psychologism.
In my work I only use high-quality oil paints - Schmincke, Sennelier.
