My work presents an abstract art, stripped of classic and traditional aesthetics.
I look at the world in terms of the colors it presents and although I work with a classic material I do not stick to them. Oils on paper or canvas give me the opportunity to set the pace for the creative process.
As an artist my main objective is for the people to feel my work, not only observe it.
Influenced by 19th century Impressionist masters, through colors I sought to reconcile theme and emotion.
Time has passed ... The theme has lost its original importance, the figurative traces and forms disappeared giving more importance to colors, lines and textures.
My style can be vibrant, with strong and striking colors or almost indifferent with neutral and cold colors, but it is always linked to the living emotions. There is no theme, but a whole personal creative process.
Working with the abstract is to provoke a catharsis, a liberation from all emotions leaving the observer the choice to let himself be invaded by them or not.
