Alexandra L. Zeltser (Lagoutkina), born in Moscow, lives and works in France since 2005.
She studied in one of the best schools of the fine arts in Moscow, called "the memory of the year 1905".
She exhibited in Moscow, Paris, Barcelona, Cherbourg. Her works make part of private collections in Moscow, Montreal, Amsterdam, Paris, St. Tropez, Prague, St. Petersburg, Cefalu.
