This is a vineyard scene of Silver Creek Vineyard in the Fresno wine country.
I painted layer upon layer of cool and warm color to build depth into the scene. I love the way each area of the foliage contains both warm and cool greens and yellows with one of the temperatures being dominant. I created added dimension in the foreground trees and mid-ground shrubs by adding bits of pure Red, Purple, and Viridian.
