Hi, my name is Russell and I live in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.
I became interested in photography when my second daughter was born in 2011. My initial aim was to capture some precious moments of my daughter, but this soon developed into my main hobby.
After taking a short course in studio photography lighting and then putting this into practice with some (just about willing) family members as 'models', I quickly started to get to grips with my cameras' manual mode and how to light a subject.
I am certainly proud of some of the images I have managed to produce and it would be nice to know that other people also appreciate them.
