Rachel Dziga is an American artist who works in printmaking mediums; and teaches plein air workshops in both the beautiful Texas hill country and Tuscan countryside of Italy. She received her M.F.A. in Florence Italy for Interdisciplinary Art and has exhibited Internationally and participated in International artist workshops. As well she has recently been featured in the book: Women Makers of Arkansas from Et Alia publications. She strives to find texture, depth, and to flush out story from her work. Yet, while maintaining the lightness of analog art practice. Her plein air work focuses on light, form, and compositional play to bring a fresh feel for diverse global locations.
