ArtPal respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use ArtPal, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
ArtPal does not collect any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. ArtPal collects personal information and information about your transactions when you use ArtPal services, such as buying and selling items. When you register, ArtPal asks for your email address. Additional information is requested when you buy and sell items, such as your name, address, and phone number. Once you register with ArtPal and sign in, you are no longer anonymous to ArtPal. The ArtPal server logs automatically receive and record information from your browser, including your IP address, ArtPal cookie information, and the page requested, and other standard information.
2. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Your email address and other personal information is kept private. ArtPal does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies. ArtPal may divulge aggregate information about users but will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent. For example, ArtPal may disclose how frequently the average ArtPal user visits ArtPal, or which sort of photography or art is most popular. ArtPal will only release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or if ArtPal believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
ArtPal limits access to personal information about you to employees who ArtPal believes reasonably need to come into contact with that information in order to do their jobs. ArtPal has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you. Your ArtPal account information is secure, protected by password or via an email login link.
4. COOKIES
ArtPal uses cookies to remember your shopping cart, to keep you signed in, and various tasks related to ArtPal. ArtPal will not disclose cookies to third parties except as required by a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
5. PREFERENCES
ArtPal reserves the right to send you certain important communications relating to ArtPal, such as service announcements and administrative messages, which are considered critical to ArtPal membership, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
6. DATA DELETION
To cancel and delete your data, go to the Cancel page located at: https://www.ArtPal.com/cancel
Data deleted includes: artwork images you have uploaded; artwork data you have provided such as artwork description, pricing, galleries you have created, etc. Data not deleted includes order information such as shipping address information, shipment tracking information, etc, that is required to be retained for proof of order delivery and fraud prevention.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
