I never have figured out why God gave me the talent He did to be able to create art, but I am so glad He did.
I'm pushing 60 now, but I lived through some surreal times, and as a result, that all finds it's way into my art.
I've seen the Freedom marches of the 60's as well as the Vietnam War and Nixon do his thing.
Through all that, I choose to laugh, and sometimes I let this out in my ideas.
However, as an artist I feel a need to reflect what is happening in our time in my own way, through my own eyes that were shaped through what I lived through.
What effected me or made an impact on my soul.
A report of my lifetime in this world.
I have a daughter who is a teenager now.
I worry about what we are leaving our children as far as this world goes.
I feel we take too much for granted. Personally, or as a conglomeration.
So I just try to record what I see.
My art is a record of what has made an impact on my life.
I really thank God for the talent to share it with you.
