I love creating. I grew up painting on anything I could find in the garbage from old paper to pantyhose inserts and card board boxes or paper plates. I also used anything to paint with I could get my hands on including poke berries and mud. In 1976, when I was in the 7th grade our house burned down and really set my life back a step or two. Eventually I got started at it again and got an associates degree in Fine Art. I was hoping to go on and finish my degree and get a masters and was accepted to Berea College in Kentucky USA to do my pottery.

However, my home once again burned to the ground and I lost all the artwork I had collected at that time my entire portfolio. Part of me was terrified to ever paint again. It has been over 20 years now... but look out world I am going at it again. I plan on this third time being the charm. Before the second fire in 1996, I had artwork in private collections (if my memory is correct as I lost the records in the fire.)in all 50 states and 11 countries. My art included watercolors, pen and ink, pastels, chalk, furniture, and yes… there are even a few pieces of furniture with my designs on them!

Ok folks.. lets get this party started (again)!
