Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am a pastel artist based in Staffordshire, UK.

The beauty of the natural world remains a constant source of passion and inspiration for all of my art. I’m lucky enough to live next to the rural beauty of Cannock Chase and get out there as often as I can, but the wild, rugged charm of the Scottish landscape really has my heart. I draw what inspires me in the moment, but the beauty of the horse, the charm of Red Deer and the characteristic Highland Cow are a few of my favourites, especially combined with a brooding Scottish landscape. Mountains, Loch’s, antlers, hooves, and horns are all it takes to make me happy!

Really though, any challenge of transferring an emotion to paper, be it capturing the spirit behind an animal’s eyes, or the power and beauty of a breathtaking view, is always a pleasure to get my teeth into and I’m always looking for new subjects to test my creative ability.

I love being able to translate my view of the world to paper and I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoyed creating it.
