Begma Oskana Vladimirovna,
Russian famous artist.
She was born in the city Rostov-on-Don, Russia, April 10th, 1973.
In the 1992 graduated with red (outstanding results) diploma from Rostov's art college of Grekov's M. B name.
In the 1995 finished art-grafical faculty of the Rostov's State Pedagogical University.
From the 1988 she takes part in the city's, republic, state and international exhibitions. From the 1995 she is a member of the Russia's Artists Union and International Association of Art (IAA / AIAP), UNESCO. From the 2004 she is a member of revision commission of the Russia's Artists Union.
In the 2002 Oksana was included in Overall rating of Russian Artists.
Her works are situated in Rostov's regional Museum of Art and in the Russian and abroad private collections.
In 2003 was awarded a commemorative silver medal from the city's Administration.
In the 2005 was awarded a medal in honor centennial Sholokhov M. A. for the Humanism and Service to State. In this year Oksana becomes a exhibitioner of State Presidential scholarship of the Russia's Art Ministry.
In 2007 she was awarded the gold medal and status "National Treasure".
From the 2008 she is a corresponding member of Art and Culture Academy.
Her works are situated in the Museums and in the private collections in Russia and abroad.
Oksana lives and works in Rostov-on-Don and Moscow.
