Wilson Muratha is a kenyan contemporary artist who lives and works at lower kabete. His inspiration mainly comes from people around him in their daily day activities. The artist has a keen observation of what happens around him and is able to capture moments, memories also incredible beauty which he puts in record as paintings or mixed media art which he uses wood or collected materials to fit his compositions. According to wilson, 'Life is discovery' and as an artist he is moved by the adventure and learning what life offers. Muratha says "I have passion for what i do and its undivided,separate yourself in order to stand out".
