I studied drawing and painting with Harold Ransom Stevenson and Alma Gallanos at their atelier in Sea Cliff NY in the nineteen eighties. For a few years thereafter I was pretty active and really into large format, tight, realistic pictures. Then life got in the way and I produced very few things. Now, that I have retired - I'm coming back. I'm still focused on realism and people and love working from meaningful photos. I started with oil then moved mostly to pastel and now I'm studying watercolor with Anu Annam at the Art League of Long Island.
I'm anxious to hear your comments and would be happy to entertain a commission;
