I am a retired man, widower, and live alone, have led a busy and varied life but now I am on my own, i can please myself what I do, so always wanted to paint and draw, but work and bringing up family I didn't have much time, but now I have plenty of time on my hands, i use most mediums, but I get moods and change about materials, but usually return to pencils and acrylics, I am mainly self taught, picking up tips as I go along, been to a few classes, just to meet other artists and chat, ,paint everything and anything whatever takes my fancy or whatever people ask me for, I do portraits of friends and sell some of my work mainly through word of mouth,, have done a lot of pop and rock stars
