LYNN BEVERLY SCHWARTZ is a well-known Artist in the Bay Area consistently carrying off 1st and Second Place in professional-class Art Exhibitions and in SanDiego where she was a member of the Museum of the Living Artist.
She has taught high school through university classes in art and adult education, classes in interior design and psychology.

Lynn’s work is diverse and experimental, symbolic, abstract and modern. Some is very decorative as she has taught classes in interior design as well as in psychology. She is interested in integrating opposites using natural objects as well as recycled materials. Some works make statements
about the human condition such as “The Legacy of Greed” depicting the tentacles of greed spreading across the planet leaving the earth baron and cracked in it’s wake. This painting won 1st place in the 2019 professional division of the Sonoma County Fair while her “A Pregnant iDea” depicting the creative process in the mind won 3rd place. A sculpture won 2nd place and a ceramic “Bottle Within a Bottle” won Best of Show. Her painting “Tranquility” won 2nd place in the 2018 SRC Fair,

has also been named in the Who’s Who Among SanDiego Women 1982-83. She was a researcher/writer for the Human Development Training institure as well as a pioneer in the development of Grief Recovery Workshops. She is currently a member of the Artists’ Round Table and the Oakmont Art Association where she exhibit regularly.
