Beas' Fine Artwww.ArtPal.com/linneabg
I’ve always had a fascination with fine art and photography since childhood and am completely self- taught, as life never afforded me the time for official courses etc. For the most part artwork was always in the background as a hobby. I enjoy all types of artwork but I most enjoy pen and ink, pencil, charcoal, chalk, water color pencil, and acrylics. Lately I’ve had a fascination with digital photography, and feel it is yet something else I must learn and conquer. Over the years, artwork has been an enjoyable hobby, an outlet , through which enabled me to propel forward through daily life. I’ve always felt in tune with nature and I’m always fascinated with nature, wildlife, and the world around me, and even if I didn’t have a sketchbook on me all the time, I was sketching in my mind to be retrieved from memory and my imagination at a later time. Upon insistence from my favorite admirers..my family and friends, I have chosen to upload some of my works alongside other extremely talented artists I could only hope to aspire to. But it’s not for selfish reasons. I want to share my creations with others and get to know and appreciate their work and by doing so I’ll be able to continue learning and growing as an artist while flowing along this artwork journey of life.
Some famous Artists I’ve been influenced/inspired by:
A/ Norman Rockwell:- by looking at his artwork you can get a sense of who the man is behind the paintings :someone who has a warm and gentle humor and a childlike naivety.
A Favorite Saying of his: “Some people have been kind enough to call me a fine artist. I’ve always called myself an illustrator. I’m not sure what the difference is..all I know is that whatever type of work I do, I try to give it my very best. Art is my life”.
Robert Bateman:- He was a naturalist and found beauty in the natural world.
A Favorite Saying of his:- “I can’t conceive of anything being more varied or rich or handsome than our planet earth. I want to soak it up and understand it as well as I can, then put it together and express it in my artwork.
