I was born and raised in New York. I
moved to Massachusetts almost twenty
years ago and have been enjoying the
country life ever since. I lived my life as
a frustrated artist until one day, I discovered
quite accidentally, the missing link.
Paper was my medium! Once my brush
stroked the canvas and left behind a tiny
scrap of paper I was hooked!
My paper collection has grown extensively
over the past few years. I collect
old broken books (and new books that
are damaged), maps, antique newspapers,
photobooks, tissue paper, and interesting/unique
paper. I do not use
periodicals or junk mail. I tend to avoid
these as they have a plastic coating that
does not work for me.
I enjoy landscape scenes as well as portraits.
The odd and the ordinary, the
spiritual and complexity of human beings
all interest me as focuses of my
work. Please feel free to visit my webpage for more information and to download a brochure.
