Art and Photography by Keith Johnson.
Greetings and thanks for your interest in viewing my work. My name is Keith Johnson. I am an amateur artist and photographer.
I am pretty much self-taught in my work. I attended a short entry level art class at a local community college when I was a child, of which peaked my interests in art. I had sort of gotten out of it during my youth but have gotten back into the hobby a few years ago.
My main interests lie in soft and oil pastels, as well as some watercolors. Most of my work is comprised from my photography, I more or less copy from my digital images, sometimes I just try and make up something out of my head. I also do a little work in colored pencils.
I’m also self-taught in my digital photography. I shoot with a Canon 60D and with Canon and Sigma lenses. I have been into photography ever since I was in my early teens. I started shooting in digital format since around 2006.
I really enjoy the craft of shooting an image and then editing it to make my images more interesting, much like my “Dallas Heritage Village Series”. That particular series of images contains some of my favorite in where I create vintage looking photographs from within an historical park simulating life in the early 40’s and 50’s.
All of my work whether it’s an original painting or a print are 100% satisfaction guaranteed and come with a 30 day return period, however in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you must notify me within 30 days of receipt detailing the reasons why you wish to return it. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item. If the packaging appears to have been damaged upon delivery, simply refuse to accept delivery and instruct the courier to return it to the shipper. Once I have received the item and conducted an appropriate inspection of the item, if there has been no damage, I will then notify you and resend it to you.
Please note, before you make a purchase, if there are any questions, email me and ask first due to the variances in colors between computer monitors, the actual product may appear considerably different.
Many thanks for your interest in my work and have a nice day!
