My art reflects the inspiration that I've received from living in the city.
In my artworks, I don't set off with a particular structure, but rather with simple spontaneity. As I paint, I prefer to enjoy and pursue an "incidental" effect. I maintain such an impromptu and exciting aesthetic by cutting, attaching, and repurposing the fragments of unfinished works or collaging together other objects. My paintings consist of intense colors and comic figures composed of swift and strong brushstrokes. I do not allow myself to be restrained by the limits of reality but instead use the canvas as an escape for my ideals. With the light, whimsical mood expressed in my art, I seek to entertain, provoke and intrigue the subconscious mind.
