Paul Jamiol is a cartoonist, illustrator, author of children's books and photographer from the Boston area. The photographer part comes in when he isn't at the drawing board and wants to be outside in the fresh air.

Since 2012, he has published the From Lin's Garden Calendar and the Lin's Cosmos Calendar. These calendars are a collection of photos Paul shot of his wife Linda's gardens. They are a tribute to her.

When wearing his photographer's hat, Paul uses only early manual lenses from Japan, Germany and Russia. He loves their rendering, color resolution and bokeh (the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in the out-of-focus parts of an image produced by a lens). Many prints in this gallery are from Lin's calendars.
