The first technique I used was painting, since the beginning, mainly landscapes and nature (marine and forests) and cities years after. As regards my painting, profoundly inspired by the impressionism and many painters such as Turner but also Hopper, I distanced myself from it and them by bringing it a more modern touch even sometimes going to the abstraction (especially with cities) giving free rein to my imagination. I used essentially acrylic paint sometimes adding it some sand to bring more subject and also used the sponge what gives the "fog" and "the sparkling wine" aspect of some of my paintings but from now on and for years now, I mainly use oil paint. The linocut is a technique which I discovered some time ago, self-taughted, I began it in 2011 and it allows me to make the other things which I had not approached in paintings, real urban scenes so interesting and which enriches the palette of my possibilities.
