As a child I was around alot of creative people, and started to draw at a very young age with the help of my mother who was an oil painter. I've always had an active love for the arts, and wanted to create something new, and different. Within the last three years I started to share my work in some local galleries, and started to work in digital. This gallery mainly shows the digital work I've been doing for the last year.
The work that you see here was a way for me to learn digital art with some guidance from a few people, but I always wanted to do it my own way. Break away from the standard vector related art that you see almost every where. I have expermented with this style by including some of my traditional work. Alot of what you see is influnced from the 1980's and pop art from that era. The reason for choosing this style is that it reminded me growing up in that era. The work showcases mainly females in a fiqurative format, at times abstract, and echos the work of Patrick Nagel, Andy Warhole, and Banksy in my own deranged way. I wanted to display the beauty in everyone, and think outside of what you commonly see.
