I have always dabbled in art but never took the time to focus on it as a part of my life until a few years ago. I grew up on a farm and spent a lot of time outdoors witnessing nature's uniqueness. As an adult when having traveled overseas and around the United States, I have tried to take the scenic route in order to take time and stop to view nature's beauty. Creating pieces of art is relaxing and I try to mimic nature's creations in my own way. I sometimes try to recreate the shimmers, ripples and/or motion of the four elements. My pieces are inspired by nature's colors, textures, movements, layers and imperfections.
