These paintings are a part of a collection of paintings about my journey through my mental health. The dual images show the before and the after. This collection is meant to highlight that you can overcome anything and that light is always there. My hope is that this collection can help someone on their journey through life. I hope it can show them that there is light at the end of tunnel and that the fight is worth it!

These 2 specific paintings represent a time when I didn't know how to reach out to others for help. I felt alone and lost. As I went on my journey, got some help, and found my tribe I realized that you're never alone! These two specific
paintings show the before of being lost and alone and the after of knowing that I ALWAYS had people by my side.
