Fairhaven's Link Gallery

Fairhaven's Link Gallery

Established in 1960, Fairhaven is a 256-bed Long-Term Care Home. Fairhaven is jointly owned by the municipalities of the City and County of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. The Fairhaven Foundation is a registered charity dedicated to enriching the quality of life of residents by supporting programs and services that are not covered by government funding alone.

The name ‘Link Gallery’ was chosen as this hallway was the link between the old and new home. It was through this corridor that the residents entered the new building in 2003. If you are looking for a unique and special gift, consider an item from the Gallery. The work of 20 local artisans is on display including Doug Hooper, Ron Ward, Howard Berry, Barb Holz, Debra Bannister, and Emil Varga. In addition to original paintings and photography, jewellery, soapstone carvings, woodturning, pottery, and fabric art are exhibited and available for purchase.

Prices begin as low as $15.00. Visitors (both on-line and in person) are always welcome to peruse the beautiful pieces of art on display in our Link Gallery.
