My art? My love! I am pretty much self taught. My Dad was the one who literally drove me to beginning my first watercolor painting. His home in Siloam Springs Arkansa, in his hobby room, setting up a blue colander with tomatoes in it. Pretty rough, pretty amateurish, but it was mine and finished I thought I had completed a masterpiece!!
Onward and moving forward never stopped. Continued with a drawing class in Idaho and that was my mainstay that boosted my interest and knew my wonderful Dad saw in me something I never saw myself.
Spent most of my "watercolor career" placing pieces in Hood River, Or. gallery, The Dalles, Or. and Stevenson, Wa.
Shows in Hood River, Or, Stevenson, Wa mostly.
My home now in Hurricane, Utah is a complete delight with totally opposite scenery and backdrops of pure jaw-dropping beauty in every direction. I am blessed with amazing awe to take in daily and pencil it on paper.
