I'm an artist and mathematician from the city with one of the world's most prominent math schools. I've always been fascinated by fractals and other patterns occurring in dynamical systems. That turned out to be directly related to classical string art, where beautiful symmetric patterns get weaved on circular loom using math formulae. It takes some research and calculus to pass from symmetric circular patterns to arbitrary photorealistic images inside a circle, but the result turns miraculous.... Since few years ago I'm doing string art the new way, making nails-and-string artworks without nails inside the workspace. I'm more than happy to present my original and limited edition works at Artfinder and rely they will inspire many of you, my dear friends.
