Black and silver and White with gold mixed media art paintings. Each of theses masks were created by me and cannot be store bought. Even the crackle paint finish I created special for these masks. They are a labor of love and I really enjoyed making them.
I frequent flea markets to find items to use in the art, which adds to the uniqueness of the items.
These paintings take a lot of patience to make. Each "layer" has to be done separately. First adding any texture to the prepped canvas. After that dries then you add your base layer. Then I choose all my items arrange them until I like the layout. Take a photo of the layout. Remove all the items Paint them individually and attach them to the canvas in layers waiting for each layer to dry completely before continuing. After everything is assembled another coat of paint goes on top a good look over for anything that might be missed. Then I added the accent colors on top.
