Claude Guillaume, a native of France in Saint-Calais (Sarthe) has been a French pastry chef for the last 50 years. After an internship at the Patisserie Le Notre in Plasir, he has worked in several famous institutions in France, including the Drouant restaurant and Le Bristol hotel in Paris.

In 1981, he came to Seattle, WA and he has successfully practiced his professional skills at several pastry shops in the Puget Sound area.

Self-taught, Claude has been painting for over 25 years using acrylic on canvas. His true emotions show throughout all of his creative art. In one word: he is passionate about both French baking and painting.
