Anna Churiukina, a young Ukrainian artist, was born in Zaporizhzhia.
She took up painting professionally when in 2003 she went to Anton Sheretov’s private school in Zaporizhzhia.
Graduated from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts majoring in environmental design in 2009.
Since 2012 is a member of the youth organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
Participated in five All-Ukrainian Exhibitions of Fine Arts in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Lutsk.
Since 2010 participates in Artweek in painting contests in various countries and wins prizes.
In 2011 participated in Candice Breitz’s project, PinchukArtCentre, Kyiv.

Anna loves working with oil paint. She paints portraits, landscapes and still-life paintings; also she paints walls with picturesque patterns on demand.
Depicting a picture is her life, a piece of her soil, her existence.
She wants to transfer to a canvas the beauty which her eye sees.
She can`t even breathe without painting.
Each piece of her work takes a unique massage of energy, its own beauty, disposition and nature.
Anna paints with all of her heart, using bright colors. She depicts the colorful and bright world which strikes or impresses her.
She believes that beauty saves the world and only we can create it.
