Paintings, water colors and drawing
I am native of Esparza, Costa Rica. My interest in art began in my early childhood drawing cows and trucks in my notebook. Then, at secondary school I began showing pictures on the school’s walls. By the time I was in school, my art was being displayed in local sites. After secondary school, I attended the School of Fine Arts at Universidad de Costa Rica when I discovered others ways to do art and some circle of artists and people who knew about art.
Throughout my career, I had worked on techniques such as water color, oil, acrylic, drawing and sculpture. I have also done many commissioned works both for individual collectors and institutions, including a series of drawings for a Catholic organization.
I enjoy living in middle of the nature, on Central Pacific of Costa Rica, so my art is near to the natural world, including the people and the everyday work. However, the theme of my work has been reinvented by the imagination and my own style to see the world.
