This togebag inspired from Alejandro M Parisi 's own painting collection 《The Grand Tour》，which has been exhibited in Barbizon France.In the XVIII century, after the discovery of Pompeii, a city from Roman times that was covered by ashes after the eruption of the Vesuvius volcano, and for this reason everything there, the people, their way of living, etc, was perfectly preserved; it became a ritual to go and visit this place.In my work I play with historical elements such as greek columns or ancient vases because I want to move them around in my mind so that I can unveil time in a way that allows me to write my own story.Space and time are strange things, for instance, I feel the existence of history when I walk around Paris, and I love this mysterious and involving feeling. The Grand tour is a trip to the unknown, in this case, to the future, from Paris to Barbizon, where, somehow, modern art can find many of its roots, which go very deep. As deep as to Argentina, Italy maybe China...
