This is one of my earliest jar paintings and one of my favorites.
The flying Screech Owl is painted with oil paint on a purple tinted quart jar.
It has a seal and ring with it that has been painted silver.
The jar has no manufacturing embossing or markings except underneath.
The Owl is slightly textured with the paint.
The colors used in this painting are white, purple, yellow and black.
I think this would be a perfect addition to anyone's collection that loves owls, especially when the item is unusually different.
