This artwork of mine is a redraw of a previous drawing I found in one of my art books from a couple years ago. The artwork portrays a person biting onto three of their fingers, looking tired with angry eyes and a blacked out background.

This figure represents me. It shows my struggle to cope with immense pressure and anger that come from sources such as simply sitting for too long knowing that I haven’t done anything productive, not being able move on from things that have happened in my life, not being able to sleep when I want to sleep and worrying about my future. It is constant stress mode for me.

I refuse to talk about this struggle of mine, simply because I have that small part of me that thinks I can get over it. But it surely exhausts me. The pressure I feel makes me think my head is going to explode, hence the nose bleed in my figure.

The only relief I can get is being able to draw it. And I want to express it with others through visual representations of emotion. Thanks
