Growing up in North Dakota had a big part in my fascination with nature and wildlife. I started drawing in pencil at an early age, but It wasn't until college that I found my passion of painting in watercolors and oils. There is never a shortage of material to paint in nature. Art is a reflection of life and painting life seems only natural.
