Bill Puglisi is a regional artist living in Ephrata, Pa. He is a member of Lancaster County Art Association and was a board of director member for ten years and served as office manager for 3 yrs. Working in both pastel and oil he has received many awards for his work participating in exhibits and art festivals throughout Lancaster and Chester County Pa. He has a broad range of subject matter includiing landscape, floral,figurative and portraits.
