I am a visual artist, currently based in Brazil.
I use geometric shapes to represent how the human being looks for harmony through imbalance.
My paintings are made with acrylic paint, pens and spray paint on canvas, wood panel or paperboard. I usually use masks or tape to get steady lines and shapes.
In my artistic process, I start from the observation of human behavior in its daily life and its relation to the environment. Elements such as the relationship between social layers, consumption of large amounts of information, are topics that interest me a lot.
With my work, I try to provoke questions about social paradigms that can transform our look on everyday problems.
I believe we need to take a fresh look at how we deal with the relationships that define our life in society.
