A retiree who has made a choice out of a forest of choices mortality surrounds me with. I am now 80 with a minor in art degree from the University of Utah in 1964. I am passionate about barns which stimulate
thoughts about my past. I love trees that are clumped together in patches of woods, or standing between fields, tangled branches and twisted trunks that cast shadows on the ground. Abstract art is the motivation for me to continue to sit at the easel.
