“Michel Foucault Letters” is an archive/collection of letters/envelopes mailed to and received from Art Museums and Art Galleries. Immanuel requested memberships with the Museums and Art Galleries, using, implementing, employing, appropriating, the name “Michel Foucault” The archive began in 2001 in Vancouver, Canada, mailing only to Vancouver galleries/ museums/ art organizations, and stopped in 2002. Then from 2006-2009 the archive was re-started at the Dutch Art Institute, Holland, while Immanuel participated  in the M.F.A. program, mailing to art galleries and art museums in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Profit from sales of envelopes will be allocated: 30% Artist, Kevin Immanuel; 30% Gallery on envelope; 30% Dutch Art Institute; 10% Art School Scholarship. Distribution of sales will be yearly and in the name of the artist.
