My name is Mary-Grace DiAgostino, I am fourteen and I live in a small town in northeast P.A. Art has been my passion since I could hold a pencil. If you buy my art then please send me pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
I've been an artist every since I could hold a pencil. There was never a point in my life where I thought I didn't want to do this or do something else. My art journey really started three years ago though. When I was in sixth grade I started not feeling well. I got dizzy and tired easily. It hurt to eat and my joints were constantly aching which was weird for somebody my age. We went to doctor after doctor until we found out I was having seizures. So the doctors appointments kept coming and through brain scans and testing we also found out that the white matter in my brain was deteriorating. Which in older people causes dementia. I'm only fourteen so it isn't diagnosed with a name. I do have a memory issue. Sometimes I forget things or get lost in a sentence. I have a lot of trouble in school trying to learn however.... There was one thing that never changed... that was art. No matter what was going on in my life art was always there. A close friend. Something to fall back on. In my own world where anything can look how I want it to. I call it my art corner. I just came back to school after spending three years in cyber. I have friends now and life is going well. There's no name on any of my illnesses but I have a name. My name is Mary-Grace and I am an artist.
