Darlene L. Holman began her life in art by drawing pen and ink pieces for Rubber Stamp companies all over the world. Later she worked for the state of North Carolina on their Trail of Quilts, painting 4' x 4' pieces of wood into quilt patterns which can be found along the trail on barns, houses, etc. Over the years she has taught both private and group classes in Acrylic and Watercolor paint. She has also illustrated a few books.

Now creating paintings with pastels is her preferred choice. These paintings are now available on Giclee fine art prints starting at $30.00.

Darlene has participated in gallery showings and various contests, winning numerous awards and recognition in the USA and UK.
