One of my greatest passions is being able to share the richness of my inner life.
What I am able to express with my art arises from the field of tension between an ideal and the experienced reality. I want to portray the gifted moments in which sadness, rebellion and pain are transformed into security, love and hope.

The material I use plays a decisive role. "entre l'idée et la matière jaillit l'étincelle". The transformation of an idea into an object requires a total oneness with the material to be worked on, and becomes a reflection of myself. Thus, when working on an etching on a zinc plate, the force underlying the strokes can also be felt and is part of the expression.

As a child I already loved drawing and forming objects out of clay, but the actual beginning of my work as an artist was an apprenticeship as a stone sculptor (in 1989 Geneva) later the learning of bronze casting (1995 with Freddy Air) and glass fusing followed.
Drawing and modelling have often been the base to fix an idea. Then, the feeling or energy to be transmitted, determines the material.
