I have been working as an illustrator, art painter and comic artist since 1985.

In 1987 I completed my first comic book, an anti war story about the Vietnam war, entitled “Wild Winds”. It was published by a publishing company in Thessaloniki, Greece. “Wild Winds” was among the books which represented the company in the international book fair in Frankfurt, Germany. After that I continued with comic books, having cooperation with various magazines I wrote and illustrated short stories for, mostly in black and white. I took part in two international comic art exhibitions in Thessaloniki, in 1988 and 1989 respectively. In 1990, I participated in the Angouleme International Comics Festival in France.

In 1991, I finished my studies and I started working as a teacher of English. In 1995 I held my first individual exhibition where I presented paintings depicting a wide variety of topic: Landscapes, traditional houses, portraits, human characters and military uniforms. The following years I held two more exhibitions in Greece and in 2013 I presented my works of art in Neuss, Germany.

I mostly use watercolors and ink. My work basically focuses on human characters and facial expressions. I also find the field of science fiction quite exciting. However, I specialize in military uniforms of any period, especially the Napoleonic wars. I consider uniforms an exciting field of study and I insist on historical accuracy and realism.

*****I accept orders about military uniforms of any historical period or any other topic you wish*****
