Missouri based artist raising mental health awareness after losing my older brother to suicide in August 2011.
Most of my art pieces are abstract thoughts and feelings poured out on canvas🖌
Sending love and good vibes to the universe.
As a way to raise awareness for suicide prevention, this page is all about choosing love. Love yourself and keep going. It does get better. The reminders of my padro are everywhere for me.
I want to be selfish and share a reminder for anyone having a rough time right now.
You are not alone, you are not a burden. 💞 The struggles will pass with time, the pain won't last, even if it feels like it swallows you whole. If you're having a hard time keeping together, it's OK to break down, it's OK to cry. (even if you're a strong independent person).
The hurt will fade with time. 💯 Please, don't ever give up. If you need help or someone to talk to, reach out to me. If you're struggling and need to talk immediately please reach out to 1-800-273-TALK.
Disclaimer: I am not a Doctor. I'm someone who has lost someone to suicide. Please don't ever give up
and thanks for stopping by.
