A graduate of the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Rome and of the Conservatoire Supérieur d’Art Dramatique in Paris, Stefano Giuliani was the creator of many set designs and stagings on both the operatic and theatre stages.

Included are works by Shakespeare, Molière, Beaumarchais, Goldoni, Mozart, Rossini, Dostoieski, Ibsen to name just a few. The Université Libre in Brussels and the Facultés Catholiques in Mons have invited him to conduct masterclasses and internships on cinema and theatre.


Most recently he signed his name to stagings and set designs of
“Così Fan Tutte” by Mozart at Le Dolce in Château de La Hulpe, Belgium
“Il Ritorno di Ulisse in Patria” by Monteverdi at the Théâtre de Namur and Théâtre de Mons (2001/2202)
“Zauberflôte” by Mozart at the Palais des Beaux Arts in Charleroi (2003)
“Carmen” by Bizet at the Salle Elisabeth in Antwerp (2009)
“L’Elisir d’Amore” by Donizetti at the Teatro Trinidad in Lisbon and tournée in Europe (2010, 2011)
Don Giovanni (2013)
La Vie Parisienne (2014)
Carmen (2015) at the Poem Theatre, Driegroschen Oper
Weill/Brecht at the PBA in Charleroi (2017) as well as plays by Shakespeare, Cocteau, Schaeffer, Tchekov, Prévert and many others.

Along with his career in the theatre, he has exhibited his own works of art at the
Palais des Beaux-arts in Charleroi
