Based out of the sunshine state, my inspiration has and always will be, nature. As my favorite muse, Mother Nature has opened my eyes to the different colors and patterns that happen naturally all around us. From this, I have drawn my inspiration. Whether it’s bright colors or trippy patterns, I love creating art that stands out.
I am a self-taught artist whose been dabbling in all sorts of artsy-fartsy projects since childhood. I have found that art can be created from just about anything; after all, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
Old wooden cabinets, dresser drawers, even random 2x4s have found their way into my psychedelic studio. How much closer can you get to nature than finding an old tree to paint on? For that reason, wood has been my favorite medium. The rustic feel, the ridged edges, yet somewhere deep inside is still a natural wonder just waiting to be transformed into explosions of color and pattern.
