Growing up I wanted to be a comic book artist. My hero was Todd McFarland. The imagery was so powerful. Not only did his art inspire me but the concepts explored through his stories were thought provoking. He challenged the typical good/evil archetypes. He forces the reader to acknowledge how subjective the concepts truly are and how we as a people rarely get the opportunity to see a situation outside of our on perspective.
This is one of the reasons I started drawing.
