The Palmetto Bluff 2014 Southern Living Home (on right) and their new neighbor. After the magazine left and the crowds thinned from the tours, the houses seemed to settle back. Comfortable in their place, they began to gaze serenely over the river... I like to think that's when they went from being a house to a home.
